Know the law
All rules apply server-wide. Read every section relevant to your chosen role before connecting. Ignorance is not an accepted defence.
SEMI-RPSemi-RP Server
This is a SEMI-RP server. You are expected to stay in character during active roleplay scenarios, but casual play is permitted outside of them.
RESPECTRespect All Players
Harassment, racism, sexism, homophobia, or any form of hate speech will result in an immediate ban.
GRIEFNo Griefing
Griefing is defined as repeatedly targeting a player to ruin their experience with no roleplay justification.
RDM/VDMNo RDM or VDM
No random deathmatch (RDM) or vehicle deathmatch (VDM). See the Combat & Conduct tab for full details.
HOSTILEValid RP for Hostile Acts
Always have a valid roleplay reason before initiating any hostile action against another player.
INTERDo Not Interrupt RP
Do not interrupt active roleplay scenarios you are not involved in.
ADMINStaff Have Final Say
Admins have final say in all disputes. Do not argue with staff in public chats. Open a support ticket if you disagree with a decision.
IMPERSNo Impersonation
Impersonating staff or other players is a bannable offense.
EXPLOITNo Exploiting Bugs
Do not exploit bugs, glitches, or game mechanics for unfair advantage. Report bugs to staff immediately.
LANGEnglish in Public Channels
English only in public voice and text channels unless both parties agree to another language.
Punishments range from a verbal warning to a permanent ban depending on severity and history. Staff decisions are final. Appeals can only be submitted through the proper Discord channel.
RDMNo Random Deathmatch
Killing or attacking another player without a valid in-character reason, prior interaction, or escalating roleplay is strictly prohibited.
VDMNo Vehicle Deathmatch
Intentionally using a vehicle as a weapon to kill or injure players without roleplay justification is prohibited.
INITVerbal Engagement Required
You must verbally engage (voice or text) with a player before initiating any hostile action unless the situation is actively life-threatening to your character.
REASON"I Felt Like It" Is Not Valid
"I felt like it" or "it was funny" are NOT valid RP reasons for any hostile action.
DRIVEBYDrive-By Rules
Drive-by shootings require an active, ongoing gang or criminal conflict. Random drive-bys on strangers are considered VDM/RDM.
RAMMINGNo Ramming Police
Ramming police vehicles during a chase without prior escalation counts as VDM and will be punished accordingly.
NLRForget Events on Death
When your character is downed and sent to the respawn screen, your character forgets all events that led to their death.
NLRNo Return for 10 Minutes
After respawning you may NOT return to the location where you died for 10 minutes.
NLRNo Revenge
After respawning you may NOT seek revenge on the players involved in your death.
NLRNo Pre-Death Knowledge
After respawning you may NOT use information your character knew before death to influence your actions (e.g., who killed you, where a fight was).
NLRRevived = Survived
NLR does NOT apply if an admin or EMS revives you in the field — your character is considered to have survived.
NLRGang War Exceptions
Gang wars and organised crime events may have NLR modified by staff. Check the Discord for active event rules.
METANo Metagaming
Using out-of-character (OOC) information to influence in-character (IC) actions is prohibited. Examples: using Discord to locate players, knowing a player's name from their tag rather than RP, or relaying what's happening to your character via Discord.
POWERNo Powergaming
Forcing unrealistic actions on other players or claiming abilities your character cannot have is prohibited. Examples: "/me kills everyone", claiming invincibility, or forcing RP outcomes without giving others a chance to respond.
STREAMNo Stream Sniping
Using a streamer's live feed to gain in-game advantages is a permanent bannable offense.
COMMSThird-Party Voice Comms
Discord and TeamSpeak may be used for OOC coordination but may NOT be used to relay IC information during active RP scenarios.
RDM, VDM, and NLR violations are the most common reasons for bans. If you're unsure whether an action is allowed, ask staff before acting — not after.
WARGang Wars Require Justification
Gang wars must have a valid, built-up reason documented over multiple interactions. You cannot declare war simply because you dislike another gang.
LIMIT6 vs 6 Maximum
Maximum players involved in any single hostile criminal scenario is 6 vs 6 unless a staff member approves otherwise.
KIDNAPValid RP Reason Required
You must have a valid RP reason to kidnap a player.
KIDNAPActive RP — No Instant Cuff
You must actively RP the kidnapping — no instant /cuff and drag.
KIDNAPNo Repeat Kidnapping
Kidnapping the same player twice within 2 hours is not allowed.
KIDNAP45-Minute Hostage Limit
The hostage must be released or handed to EMS/police within 45 minutes.
ROBGive Chance to Comply
Give the victim a chance to comply before using force.
ROBNo Robbing Fresh Spawns
You may not rob a player who has just respawned (within 5 minutes).
ROBOne Rob Per Hour
You may not rob the same player more than once per hour.
OPSDrug Operation Zones
Drug operations may not be conducted within 100m of a hospital, police station, or spawn zone.
OPSNo Targeting New Players
Initiating criminal activity on a new player (white-listed indicator or under 5 hours playtime) is prohibited.
Gang activity must always be grounded in RP. Mass shootings with zero context, unregistered wars, and repeat targeting of new players will result in faction removal and bans for leaders.
Always In Character On Duty
When clocked in as an officer you must remain fully in character. OOC side-conversations with civilians during active scenes are not permitted unless it is a genuine emergency.
Chain of Command
Follow orders from superior officers at all times. Disagreements must be handled through the proper chain — never argued in the field during an active situation.
No Corruption Without Approval
Corrupt officer RP (taking bribes, helping criminals, planting evidence) requires prior written approval from department leadership and must follow approved storyline guidelines.
Uniform Policy
Wear the correct uniform for your rank and division while on duty. Plainclothes is only permitted for detectives with a supervisor sign-off. Off-brand outfits are a disciplinary offence.
No Fraternising With Criminals
Officers may not assist, protect, tip off, or socially affiliate with known criminals while on duty. Any such behaviour is treated as full corruption with maximum penalties.
Professional Radio Use
Radio communications must be brief, clear, and professional. Use correct 10-codes. Do not flood comms during active situations. Social conversations belong off the radio.
Respect Civilian Rights
Do not detain, search, or arrest civilians without grounds. Profile-based stops, abuse of authority, and unjustified detentions are officer misconduct reviewed by supervisors.
Initiate With Cause
A pursuit may only begin if the suspect committed a clearly visible criminal offence. You cannot pursue based on appearance, vehicle colour, or known gang affiliation alone.
Supervisor Auth for Spikes
Spike strips may only be deployed with authorisation from a Sergeant or above. Unauthorised deployment causing a fatality escalates automatically as a use-of-force violation.
Termination Order
If a pursuit poses extreme risk to civilian life — heavy traffic, school zones, crowded areas — a supervisor can call a termination. All officers must comply immediately.
No Ramming
Deliberately high-speed ramming of a suspect vehicle is prohibited unless the vehicle poses an immediate lethal threat. PIT manoeuvres must be careful and supervised.
Air Support Protocol
Request air support via dispatch when suspects flee into industrial, rural, or off-road zones. Helicopters must not fly dangerously low in populated areas without active ground coordination.
Proportional Force Only
Force used must match the level of threat. Shooting an unarmed fleeing suspect in the back is never justified and will be treated as RDM with officer misconduct added.
Verbal Warning First
Issue a verbal command before drawing your weapon unless the suspect is actively shooting. "Hands up — Police!" is the minimum required initiation.
Non-Lethal Priority
For non-lethal situations (unarmed fleeing suspects), exhaust tasers and leg shots before any lethal option. Unjustified lethal force is treated as RDM.
Lethal Force Justification
Lethal force is authorised only when a suspect presents a direct, immediate threat to the life of an officer or civilian and non-lethal options have failed or are genuinely not feasible.
Render Aid After Engagement
After any use of force, call for EMS and provide basic first aid if safe to do so. Leaving a downed person without requesting medical aid is a conduct violation.
Officers found abusing police powers — griefing civilians, assisting criminals, or deliberately ruining RP — will be permanently removed from the department and face server-wide sanctions.
General Conduct
EMS personnel must remain professional, neutral, and respectful at all times. No abusive language, harassment, or discrimination while on duty. Follow your Chain of Command. Always prioritise roleplay quality over speed or convenience. We must remain neutral — no sharing information with gangs about PD or with PD about gangs.
On-Duty Requirements
You must be clocked in to perform EMS duties, access EMS equipment, or use EMS vehicles. While on duty you must wear the proper uniform and carry required medical equipment. Must always be on radio. Remain alert and always answer calls. You must bill ALL patients through the MDT — no exceptions!
EMS Vehicles & Equipment
EMS vehicles are for medical duties only — no ridealongs except to assist PD or other government officials. Drive responsibly. While on duty it's your ambo and your responsibility; all ambos must be fully repaired and fueled at the end of your shift. Post in the EMS Discord channel if you headpop and can't get back in, or have to leave quickly for an emergency.
Scene Conduct & Medical RP
EMS must prioritize Life Over Loot — no looting, stealing, or interfering with crime scenes while performing medical duties. Always assess the scene for safety; if unsafe, ask for backup (fellow EMS or Law Enforcement). Provide realistic medical roleplay: evaluate → treat → transport.
Interactions With Law Enforcement
Respect active police operations; follow their directions at crime scenes. EMS may not enter an active shootout or dangerous zone without police clearance. Do not obstruct investigations or try to question suspects unless medically necessary.
Interactions With Civilians
Treat all civilians equally. Do not get involved in civilian arguments or disputes. You may refuse treatment only if the scene is unsafe or the player is intentionally disrupting RP.
Transport & Hospital Procedure
Transport any seriously injured patient to the nearest appropriate medical facility. Document or verbally report: patient injuries, treatments provided, and critical details needed for RP continuity. Players may refuse transport but must clearly state it in-character.
Discipline
Infractions may result in: verbal or written warnings, suspension from EMS, removal from the department, or server administrative action for serious offenses.
Ranks (lowest to highest)
EMR — Training Purposes (must ride with trainer or higher for 1–2 days). Paramedic — may only use ambo. Field Training Officer (FTO) — trains EMR, can ride in helicopter with higher up. Lieutenant — gain access to helicopter. Captain — gain access to all EMS vehicles. Assistant Chief. Chief.
EMS personnel who exploit their role to gather criminal intelligence, assist crimes, or deny treatment based on faction preference will be permanently removed and face server-wide punishment.
OOCUse /ooc for OOC Chat
OOC (Out-of-Character) chat must be used with /ooc and should be kept to a minimum during active RP.
ADVNo Advertising
No advertising other servers, Discord links, or external websites in any in-game or community chat.
SPAMNo Spamming
No spamming, excessive caps, or flooding any chat channel.
DISPUse Proper Dispute Channels
Do not use in-character chat to settle OOC disputes. Use /report or the Discord ticket system.
ADULTNo Public Adult Content
Sexual and graphic content in public chat is prohibited. Keep explicit RP entirely private and only between consenting adults.
DOXXNo Doxxing or Threats
Threatening, doxxing, or sharing personal information about another player is a permanent ban.
BANPermanently Banned Mods
Strictly prohibited (permanent ban): cheat menus, trainers, mod menus (Menyoo, Simple Trainer abuse), speed hacks, god mode, teleport hacks, resource/script injectors, money/item duplication, aim-bots, and recoil scripts.
ALLOWApproved Client Mods
Approved mods: visual mods (ReShade, ENB) that do not affect gameplay; server-approved custom vehicle/ped textures; steering wheel and controller remapping software.
ASKWhen in Doubt, Ask Staff
If you are unsure whether a mod is allowed, ask staff before using it. "I didn't know it was banned" is not an accepted defence.
EXPLOITReport Exploits Immediately
Exploiting in-game mechanics (e.g., duping vehicles, item stacking) must be reported immediately. Failure to report and continued abuse results in a ban.
DISCSame Respect Standards Apply
The same respect standards that apply in-game apply on our Discord. Toxicity, harassment, or hate speech result in an immediate server ban.
DISCKeep Discussions On-Topic
Keep discussions in their correct channels. Do not post memes in support channels or rule debates in general chat.
DISCDo Not Ping Staff Unnecessarily
Do not ping staff unnecessarily. Use the ticket system for support.
DISCUse Ticket System for Appeals
Ban appeals, staff reports, and rule disputes must go through the official ticket system — not DMs to staff members.
DISCNo Exploit Sharing
Do not share or post server IP addresses, exploits, or cheating resources in the Discord.
DISCNo Backseat Moderation
Telling other players they are breaking rules in public chat instead of reporting is discouraged. Use /report or tickets.
DISCReport — Don't Clip for Clout
Sharing clips or screenshots of rule breaks for clout rather than reporting them may itself be considered a rule violation.
- Cheating / hacking
- Doxxing / real-life threats
- Stream sniping
- Racism / hate speech
- Advertising other servers
Staff reserve the right to skip steps based on severity.
By playing on this server you agree to all rules. Rules are subject to change — check Discord for updates. Ban appeals, staff reports, and bug reports all go through the Discord ticket system.
