General Conduct
01

Always In Character On Duty

When clocked in as an officer you must remain fully in character. OOC side-conversations with civilians during active scenes are not permitted unless it is a genuine emergency.

02

Chain of Command

Follow orders from superior officers at all times. Disagreements must be handled through the proper chain โ€” never argued in the field during an active situation.

03

No Corruption Without Approval

Corrupt officer RP (taking bribes, helping criminals, planting evidence) requires prior written approval from department leadership and must follow approved storyline guidelines.

04

Uniform Policy

Wear the correct uniform for your rank and division while on duty. Plainclothes is only permitted for detectives with a supervisor sign-off. Off-brand outfits are a disciplinary offence.

05

No Fraternising With Criminals

Officers may not assist, protect, tip off, or socially affiliate with known criminals while on duty. Any such behaviour is treated as full corruption with maximum penalties.

06

Professional Radio Use

Radio communications must be brief, clear, and professional. Use correct 10-codes. Do not flood comms during active situations. Social conversations belong off the radio.

07

Respect Civilian Rights

Do not detain, search, or arrest civilians without grounds. Profile-based stops, abuse of authority, and unjustified detentions are officer misconduct reviewed by supervisors.

Pursuit Policy
01

Initiate With Cause

A pursuit may only begin if the suspect committed a clearly visible criminal offence. You cannot pursue based on appearance, vehicle colour, or known gang affiliation alone.

02

Supervisor Auth for Spikes

Spike strips may only be deployed with authorisation from a Sergeant or above. Unauthorised deployment causing a fatality escalates automatically as a use-of-force violation.

03

Termination Order

If a pursuit poses extreme risk to civilian life โ€” heavy traffic, school zones, crowded areas โ€” a supervisor can call a termination. All officers must comply immediately.

04

No Ramming

Deliberately high-speed ramming of a suspect vehicle is prohibited unless the vehicle poses an immediate lethal threat. PIT manoeuvres must be careful and supervised.

05

Air Support Protocol

Request air support via dispatch when suspects flee into industrial, rural, or off-road zones. Helicopters must not fly dangerously low in populated areas without active ground coordination.

Use of Force
01

Proportional Force Only

Force used must match the level of threat. Shooting an unarmed fleeing suspect in the back is never justified and will be treated as RDM with officer misconduct added.

02

Verbal Warning First

Issue a verbal command before drawing your weapon unless the suspect is actively shooting. "Hands up โ€” Police!" is the minimum required initiation.

03

Non-Lethal Priority

For non-lethal situations (unarmed fleeing suspects), exhaust tasers and leg shots before any lethal option. Unjustified lethal force is treated as RDM.

04

Lethal Force Justification

Lethal force is authorised only when a suspect presents a direct, immediate threat to the life of an officer or civilian and non-lethal options have failed or are genuinely not feasible.

05

Render Aid After Engagement

After any use of force, call for EMS and provide basic first aid if safe to do so. Leaving a downed person without requesting medical aid is a conduct violation.

๐Ÿš”

Officers found abusing police powers โ€” griefing civilians, assisting criminals, or deliberately ruining RP โ€” will be permanently removed from the department and face server-wide sanctions.
