Server Rules
All rules apply server-wide. Read every tab relevant to your chosen role before connecting. Ignorance is not an accepted defence.
Always In Character On Duty
When signed in as EMS, remain fully in character at all times. Respond to calls professionally. OOC conversations during active medical situations are not permitted.
Proper Uniform Required
Wear the correct EMS uniform while on duty. Wearing civilian clothing, gang outfits, or police uniforms while performing medical duties is an immediate violation.
No Weapons On Duty
EMS personnel are prohibited from carrying firearms while on duty. You are a neutral party โ arming yourself voids that protection and violates department policy.
Professional Radio Use
Keep radio comms brief and professional. Use correct EMS codes. Never relay criminal intelligence โ suspect descriptions, plates, or weapons โ to police or anyone else.
Follow Chain of Command
Follow supervisor instructions at all times. Disagreements are raised through the official department Discord channels โ never argued on scene during an active callout.
Treat All Players Equally
You must respond to and treat every downed player regardless of faction, criminal history, or your personal relationship with them. EMS is completely impartial โ no exceptions.
Triage Protocol
In mass casualty situations, assess all patients before extended treatment of any single person. Treat the most critically injured first. Skipping triage is negligence.
Roleplay Your Treatment
Do not just press a revive button and walk away. Roleplay the examination, diagnosis, stabilisation, and treatment. Quality RP is what separates good EMS from a prop with a med-kit.
DOA Declaration
A player may only be declared Dead on Arrival if they were killed execution-style at point-blank, or explicitly request DOA via /me. When in doubt, always attempt revival.
Hospital Handoff
Patients requiring ongoing care must be transported to hospital and formally handed to an on-duty doctor, or left in a hospital bed with a logged /me note before you clear.
Do Not Enter Active Gunfights
Never enter a scene while shots are still being fired. Stage safely and wait for law enforcement to clear the area before treating any casualties.
You Are Not a Shield
If any party attempts to use you as a human shield or takes you hostage, notify staff immediately. You have the right to disengage from situations placing you in lethal danger.
No Gathering Intel
Do not relay crime scene information to anyone โ suspect identities, plates, weapons, or gang colours. You are there to treat patients, not to gather intelligence.
EMS Vehicles Are Protected
Ambulances may not be stolen, rammed, used as cover in shootouts, or operated by non-EMS personnel. Damaging or stealing an EMS vehicle results in an immediate punishment.
Respond To All Active Calls
If you are on duty and a dispatch call comes in, you must respond unless already handling an active situation. Repeatedly ignoring calls without valid reason is a punishable offence.
EMS personnel who exploit their role to gather criminal intelligence, assist crimes, or deny treatment based on faction preference will be permanently removed and face server-wide punishment.
