Know the law
All rules apply server-wide. Read every section relevant to your chosen role before connecting. Ignorance is not an accepted defence.
General Conduct
EMS personnel must remain professional, neutral, and respectful at all times. No abusive language, harassment, or discrimination while on duty. Follow your Chain of Command. Always prioritise roleplay quality over speed or convenience. We must remain neutral — no sharing information with gangs about PD or with PD about gangs.
On-Duty Requirements
You must be clocked in to perform EMS duties, access EMS equipment, or use EMS vehicles. While on duty you must wear the proper uniform and carry required medical equipment. Must always be on radio. Remain alert and always answer calls. You must bill ALL patients through the MDT — no exceptions!
EMS Vehicles & Equipment
EMS vehicles are for medical duties only — no ridealongs except to assist PD or other government officials. Drive responsibly. While on duty it's your ambo and your responsibility; all ambos must be fully repaired and fueled at the end of your shift. Post in the EMS Discord channel if you headpop and can't get back in, or have to leave quickly for an emergency.
Scene Conduct & Medical RP
EMS must prioritize Life Over Loot — no looting, stealing, or interfering with crime scenes while performing medical duties. Always assess the scene for safety; if unsafe, ask for backup (fellow EMS or Law Enforcement). Provide realistic medical roleplay: evaluate → treat → transport.
Interactions With Law Enforcement
Respect active police operations; follow their directions at crime scenes. EMS may not enter an active shootout or dangerous zone without police clearance. Do not obstruct investigations or try to question suspects unless medically necessary.
Interactions With Civilians
Treat all civilians equally. Do not get involved in civilian arguments or disputes. You may refuse treatment only if the scene is unsafe or the player is intentionally disrupting RP.
Transport & Hospital Procedure
Transport any seriously injured patient to the nearest appropriate medical facility. Document or verbally report: patient injuries, treatments provided, and critical details needed for RP continuity. Players may refuse transport but must clearly state it in-character.
Discipline
Infractions may result in: verbal or written warnings, suspension from EMS, removal from the department, or server administrative action for serious offenses.
Ranks (lowest to highest)
EMR — Training Purposes (must ride with trainer or higher for 1–2 days). Paramedic — may only use ambo. Field Training Officer (FTO) — trains EMR, can ride in helicopter with higher up. Lieutenant — gain access to helicopter. Captain — gain access to all EMS vehicles. Assistant Chief. Chief.
EMS personnel who exploit their role to gather criminal intelligence, assist crimes, or deny treatment based on faction preference will be permanently removed and face server-wide punishment.
